1. Void your bladder and weigh yourself in the nude prior to exercise. Workout duration includes warmup, main set and cool down.
2. Upon completion, quickly towel dry and then weigh yourself in the nude once again.
Any liquid consumed during exercise should be recorded (avoid emptying your bladder again during the testing period if possible, or subtract the amount if known). As sweat RATE can change, repeat the test using different variables (inside vs outside, hydrated vs dehydrated, warm weather vs cold etc.), durations and intensities to monitor results over time and to simulate your goal race conditions.
